Dubai Creek Harbour is a joint venture project between Emaar Properties and Dubai Holding, that will be both a financially viable and ecologically responsible city, using every innovation to minimise its environmental impact. Dubai Creek Harbour project sits abreast of Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, which has sheltered around 450 animal species within its 620 hectares for a quarter-century. The project involves construction of a mixed used development consisting of 6 residential high rise towers sit on a podium encircled on the banks of the Dubai Creek. The project will also feature the Vida Hotel and Residences, a new brand of Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitality & leisure subsidiary of property developer Emaar Properties.
